Easy Baos, reachable at contact@easy-baos.com, is the controller for personal data collected via this site.

We only collect data you submit via the "Restaurateur" and "Distributor" forms: contact name, email, phone, company or venue, city, message, and business information useful to process your request (registration number, coverage area, volumes, venue type, cover count, etc.).

This data is used solely to:

• Reply to your commercial request and send you a tech sheet / pricing.
• Inform you, strictly within our commercial relationship, of range updates.
• Keep a record of exchanges for service quality.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (dedicated checkbox in the form) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Your data is accessible only to the Easy Baos sales team and, where applicable, to our CRM tool (Notion) hosted in the United States under a GDPR-compliant contractual framework. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

Data is kept for the duration of our commercial relationship, then archived for evidence for up to 3 years from the last contact.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Exercise these rights at contact@easy-baos.com. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The site only uses technical cookies required for it to function. No tracking or advertising cookie is set without your explicit consent. You can decline non-essential cookies at any time via the dedicated banner.

Forms are submitted over HTTPS and data is stored on secure European infrastructure. No personal data ever travels in a URL.
